The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released a corrected Maximum LTV Factor at Step 3.F contained in revised sample documents for the Standard 203(k) Purchase Program and Limited 203(k) Purchase Program in FHA INFO #16-17. These revised worksheets replace documents previously released in FHA INFO #16-15.
