FEMA Declared Disaster Massachusetts

On April 13, FEMA issued a Presidential Major Disaster Declaration for areas in Massachusetts as a result of a severe winter storm, snowstorm and flooding January 26-28. The following areas are eligible for public assistance:

  • Barnstable, Bristol, Dukes, Essex, Middlesex, Nantucket,  Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk and Worcester Counties

In addition, public assistance is available for snow assistance for a continuous 48 hour period in the following areas:

  • Barnstable, Bristol, Dukes, Essex, Middlesex,  Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk and Worcester Counties
