FEMA Emergency Management Declaration – Washington Wildfires

FEMA has issued an Emergency Management Declaration for the state of Washington to supplement response efforts due to emergency conditions resulting from wildfires beginning August 1, 2026 and continuing. The following counties have been approved for assistance:
Public Assistance:
- Chelan
- Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation
- Ferry
- Okanogan
- Spokane
- Spokane Tribe of Indians
- Stevens
- Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation
- Yakima
