SECURING

 

Use padlock and hasps only (Master lock key code A389).  Remove existing knob locks on prime entry doors.  If no door exists, use plywood door with padlock and hasp.  Bracing is allowed only with prior written approval in accordance with the diagrams on pages 16 and 17 of attachment 3.

In all areas, remove but do not replace broken glass; bolt board openings where glass is broken with prior approval.

 

There is no required thickness of plywood per the guidelines. Ensure that the thickness of plywood being used is documented on the update/bid and that the corresponding allowable amount is used for bidding/invoicing purposes.
