PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OVERALL MAXIMUM COST SCHEDULE
Items that are included against the Total P&P are: Maximum Allowable Securing Fee (locks, padlocks, replacing glass, bracing, strapping), temporary roof repairs, winterizations, grass cuts, debris removal, auto removal, the cost of a permit to secure/winterize pools, trimming shrubs and snow removal.
The costs of boarding, inspections, photographs, securing swimming pools, and utility bills are not included in the maximum limit per property. In addition to these services, trip charges, eviction fees and any work completed per bid are not included but are listed in another section of the guidelines.
Exceptions: Citimortgage (CITI) has requested that we include several items against the maximum limit per property outside of the guidelines. Their instructions are listed below.
