Menendez Announces Legislation to Address NJ?s Worst-in-the-Nation Foreclosure Crisis

U.S. Senator Bob Menendez (D-NJ) has officially introduced the “Preventing Abandoned Foreclosures and Preserving Communities Act of 2016” (S.3146). The bill has been referred to the Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs.
