VA Circular 26-15-16 Change 1 Auction Service for the Termination of VA Loans
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) released a revised version of Circular 26-15-16. The circular extends the rescission date of the basic circular to reflect that the VA continues to authorize mortgage servicers and holders to employ an auction service in lieu of completing a traditional foreclosure sale, where feasible.
