FEMA Major Disaster Declaration – Utah Cottonwood Fire, Flooding, and Mudslides

FEMA has issued a Major Disaster Declaration for the state of Utah to supplement state, tribal and local recovery efforts in areas affected by the Cottonwood fire, flooding, and mudslides from July 13-24, 2026.  The following counties have been approved for assistance:

Public Assistance:

  • Beaver
  • Piute
