FEMA Major Disaster Declaration – Idaho Straight-line Winds

FEMA has issued a Major Disaster Declaration for the state of Idaho to supplement state, tribal and local recovery efforts in areas affected by straight-line winds from December 16-18, 2025.  The following counties have been approved for assistance:

 

Public Assistance:

  • Benewah
  • Bonner
  • Boundary
  • Clearwater
  • Idaho
  • Kootenai
  • Latah
  • Lewis
  • Nez Perce
  • Shoshone
