FEMA Fire Management Assistance Declaration – Nebraska South Fork Fire

FEMA has issued a Fire Management Assistance Declaration for the state of Nebraska to supplement state, tribal and local recovery efforts in areas affected by the South Fork Fire on June 9, 2026.  The following counties have been approved for assistance:

Public Assistance:

  • Dawes
  • Sioux
