FEMA Emergency Management Declaration – Guam Typhoon Champi

FEMA has issued an Emergency Management Declaration for the territory of Guam to supplement territory and local recovery efforts in areas affected by Typhoon Champi beginning October 16, 2026 and continuing.  The following counties have been approved for assistance:
