FEMA issued a Presidential Major Disaster Declaration for areas in Michigan affected by the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic beginning on January 20, 2020 and continuing.
Areas approved for Public Assistance: 83 Counties (Statewide)
Please be advised of the following tribal areas eligible for Public Assistance:
- Bay Mills Indian Reservation (Chippewa County)
- Grand Traverse Indian Reservation (Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Grand Traverse, Leelanau Counties)
- Hannahville Community Indian Reservation (Delta, Menominee Counties)
- Huron Potawatomi Indian Reservation (Calhoun County)
- Isabella Indian Reservation (Isabella County)
