Mortgage Delinquency Stats Revealed in Latest CoreLogic Report
Mortgage delinquency rates in the US dropped 2.3% year over year in July, according to CoreLogic’s latest Loan Performance Insights Report. Data showed that the share of mortgages in some stage of delinquency was down to 4.2% in July – the lowest rate since March 2020.

Black Knight: Number of Homeowners in COVID-19- Related Forbearance Plans “Largest Weekly Decline in 12 Months”
