Memo #1045 Biweekly Grasscuts at REO Properties
This is an urgent reminder regarding REO Grass Cut orders.
Grass cuts at REO properties must receive priority attention, as our clients are actively trying to sell these properties. Please remember that these grass cuts also require that you remove all clippings, complete edging, sweep walks, and trim bushes.
Our clients have been receiving calls from the listing brokers that the grass is not being maintained, effecting their ability to show the property to potential buyers in the addition to the possibility of the property being cited by the city. REO grass cuts must be completed every two weeks and updated to us as soon as the work is completed, so the information can be promptly relayed to our clients.
