There is no required thickness of plywood per the guidelines. Ensure that the thickness of plywood being used is documented on the update/bid and that the corresponding allowable amount is used for bidding/invoicing purposes.

Documentation specifically citing the nature of the health or safety problem and documentation supporting the cost estimate must be provided to the M&M contractor for debris removal exceeding the maximum allowable.  A copy of the violation notice and documentation supporting the cost estimate must be provided where the cost of curing the violation exceeds the maximum allowable.
