NO VARIATION TO THE GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.
Install a Master Kwikset No. 400T, US-3, PK67767KD on front and rear entry doors. Where a lockset is not practical, use Padlock and Hasp (Master No. A-389). On other secondary entry doors with existing deadbolt locks, rekey to lock type 67767. Install slide bolt on any remaining secondary entry doors on the 1st floor.
Swimming Pools:
Secure in-ground pools. See pages 18 and 19 of attachment 3 for instructions.
Spas:
Secure above ground pool / Jacuzzi / hot tub. Prior approval not required
Exterior surface and edges of all plywood must be painted with one coat white primer and one coat white finish. Use of screws to secure panels to wood frame windows is prohibited.
There is no required thickness of plywood per the guidelines. Ensure that the thickness of plywood being used is documented on the update/bid and that the corresponding allowable amount is used for bidding/invoicing purposes.
Boarding Cost Schedule
Mortgagees are not to remove any interior debris without approval from the M&M contractor. (This includes Interior H/Hazard removal per the email from Tracy Hager (MID) on 1/23/04.)
Debris Removal Cost Schedule
An initial cut is permitted year round, if needed. A photograph of the front and rear yards is required “before” and “after” the initial lawn cut and final lawn cut.
Yard Maintenance Cost Schedule
Disconnect main water line at property side of meter. (Not applicable for State of Tennessee.)
Apply air pressure to water lines sufficient to remove all water.
Remove water from water heater, traps, and water closets.
Cap disconnected water line.
Place non-toxic antifreeze (minimum of one gallon per living unit or sufficient amount to prevent pipes from freezing) in all traps, toilet bowls, and water closets.
Failure to properly winterize property may result in mortgagee being liable for freeze damage.
Attach a "WARNING" sign at the kitchen sink, bath facilities and water heater, that at a minimum includes the following information:
