NO VARIATION TO THE GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.
Install a Master Kwikset No. 400T, US-3, PK67767KD on front and rear entry doors. Where a lockset is not practical, use Master Padlock and Hasp (A389). On other secondary entry doors with existing deadbolt locks, rekey to lock type 67767. Install slide bolt on any remaining secondary entry doors on the 1st floor.
Swimming Pools: Drain in ground pools to 4 ft. in deep end of pool. Use 5 gallons of chlorine before pumping out pool. Use 2.5 gallons of chlorine after pumping to 4 ft. depth.
Frame pool using 2” x 6”'s, 48 inches apart. Use 1”, 2” or 3” x 4” hex netting to cover pool. Seams should be covered with 1” wood strips for securing. Call the M&M contractor for instructions on securing above ground pools.
Do not screen. Do not replace broken glass. Bolt board openings. The M&M contractor must approve any additional boarding.
There is no required thickness of plywood per the guidelines. Ensure that the thickness of plywood being used is documented on the update/bid and that the corresponding allowable amount is used for bidding/invoicing purposes.

Trees and shrubs must be cut back or removed when growing near foundation or touching roof. Snow removal in accordance with local code requirements. Walks to rekeyed door must be cleared.
