SECURING

 
Homeowners' keys must be provided to the local M&M contractor.
 
Install a Master Kwikset No. 400T, US-3, PK67767KD on front and rear entry doors.  Where a lockset is not practical, use Padlock and Hasp (Master No. A-389).  On other secondary entry doors with existing deadbolt locks, rekey to lock type 67767.  Install slide bolt on any remaining secondary entry doors on the 1st floor.
 
Swimming Pools:
Secure in-ground pools.  Secure above ground pool / Jacuzzi / hot tub.

 BOARDING

 
Only one trip charge may be made regardless of the number of windows.
 
Exterior surface and edges of all plywood must be painted with one coat white primer and one coat white finish.  Use of screws to secure panels to wood frame windows is prohibited. Follow instructions on page 20.
 
Page 20 indicates to use ½” exterior plywood on windows and doors.

YARD MAINTENANCE

 
An initial cut is permitted year round.  Lawn should be cut twice monthly between March 1 and November 30.  A photograph of the front and rear yards is required “before” and “after” the initial lawn cut and final lawn cut.

WINTERIZATION

 
Electricity and utilities are to be turned off or disconnected unless approval to keep them turned on is obtained by the M&M contractor.  Do not disconnect water meter.  Use only non-toxic biodegradable materials.  Toilets must be cleaned before winterization materials are used.
