Vendor Conference 2004
Safeguard hosted its first annual Vendor Conference.The overall objective of the conference was to educate our vendors so that they understand the roles and needs of the servicers and investors. While Safeguard provides high quality services to our clients, we have identified areas of opportunity for improvement that will enhance our level of customer service. Safeguard’s approach to the task of educating the vendors focused on photo documentation and detailed bids and updates.
