Recently, the Urban Institute issued a report authored by Senior Research Associate Joseph Schilling and Columbia University Associate Director of Nonprofit Management Programs Erwin de Leon. The report explores the affects blight has on the health of individuals and neighborhoods and presents initial findings on interventions designed to address them.
