Missouri Bill Calls for Property Manager Listing

The Kansas City Star published an article discussing MO SB 111. The bill, which was signed by Governor Eric Greitens on July 11, 2017, will require limited liability companies (LLC) that manage property in Kansas City to file an affidavit that names a person responsible for the property.
