Fannie Mae: Clarification to Servicer Attorney Fees and Property Preservation Approvals
Fannie Mae has updated its Servicer Expense Reimbursement Job Aid to clarify attorney fees and property preservation approvals. Investor Pre-Approval (IPA) increases the published allowable for attorney fees, and cost and property preservation pre-approval replaces the published allowable fee.
