OCC: Coronavirus COVID-19 Information Page Released

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) announced the availability of a web page containing actions and guidance relating to the Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak. Included is the office’s latest bulletin (2020-15), which encourages banks to take steps to meet the financial services needs of customers adversely affected by virus-related issues.
