The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced a quarterly update to Single Family Housing Policy Handbook 4000.1. The publication updates and clarifies the Federal Housing Administration’s (FHA) servicing and claims policies, and includes additional updates to other sections of the handbook.
