Linda Erkkila Weighs in on Ohio Putting Foreclosure to the “Fast-Track”

DS News released an installment of an ongoing series known as Counsel’s Corner.  This particular installment, titled Counsel’s Corner: Fast-Track Foreclosure Bill Will Put Ohio Housing and Economy On the Right Track, featured Safeguard Properties General Counsel Linda Erkkila discussing OH HB 134, a bill that would expedite or “fast-track” the forclosure process for vacant and abandoned properties.
