VA: Circular 26-18-9: Special Relief Following North Carolina Tornado and Severe Storms

The  U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) issued a circular expressing concern about VA home loan borrowers affected by the tornado and severe storms in the State of North Carolina and describes measures mortgagees may employ to provide relief.
