VA Circular 26-16-24 Title Requirements for Manufactured or Mobile Home Conveyance

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) released Circular 26-16-24. The circular provides clarification of the documents required to properly provide clear and marketable title for mobile homes conveyed to the VA per 38 C.F.R. 4300 in every state and territory in the United States.
