The LPI Date Correction Request Form (login required) has been updated.
Servicers should continue to use the existing form through tomorrow, January 13, 2016 for January submissions. Only the new form will be accepted for the February 2016 cycle.
This form can be found in the Data Reporting tab on the secure side of HMPadmin.com.
