Mortgage tech company Gateless has integrated Fannie Mae’s Desktop Underwriter® into its Gateless Smart Underwrite™ solution, making the loan process more efficient for all stakeholders through more efficient data validation, the company announced.
Gateless also announced the integration of Freddie Mac Loan Product Advisor®, allowing the system to take “immediate advantage” of policy changes and/or new product features and enhancing automation for all Gateless customers.
