Review today’s Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) Bulletin 2020-33 to learn more about selling and servicing updates related to the following:• The new Unified Counterparty Experience System® (UCountSM), system, which replaces the current process for Seller/Servicer annual certification and change and activity reporting. The forms now used for that reporting,16SF and 1107SF, will be retired on November 8, 2020, with the launch on UCount.
