Updated 7/10/15: On July 9, 2015, FEMA issued an update to a presidential Major Disaster Declaratin for areas in Kentucky as a result of severe winter storms, snowstorms, flooding and mudslides March 3-9, 2015. Two additional counties are eligible for public assistance:
- Bath and Harlan
In addition, public assistance is available for snow assistance for a continuous 48 hour period in Bath County.

On May 12, FEMA issued a Presidential Major Disaster Declaration for areas in Kentucky as a result of severe winter storms, snowstorms, flooding, landslides and mudslides March 3-9. The following counties are eligible for public assistance:
- Anderson, Bell, Bourbon, Boyd, Breathitt, Bullitt, Butler, Calloway, Carter, Casey, Clay, Daviess, Elliott, Estill, Fleming, Floyd, Franklin, Fulton, Gallatin, Grant, Greenup, Hancock, Harrison, Hart, Jackson, Johnson, Knott, Knox, LaRue, Lawrence, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Lewis, Magoffin, Marshall, Martin, Mason, Menifee, Metcalfe, Morgan, Nicholas, Ohio, Owen, Owsley, Perry, Pike, Powell, Robertson, Rockcastle, Rowan, Spencer, Trigg, Washington, Webster, Whitley and Woodford.
In addition, public assistance is available for snow assistance for a continuous 48 hour period in the following counties:
