Memo 1107 Contractor Web Enhancements 3-03-05

Please be advised we will once again be installing new programming changes on the contractor website.  This release contains changes to obtain additional information on REO work orders and correct invoice information on P&P orders to include the following: 

1.  P&P Invoice Screens:  You will now be able to apply your discount to individual line items on the invoice screens to ensure your discount is only taken off on the correct items.  It will also allow you to adjust your discount percentage for special arrangements made with SPI.

2.  REO Invoice Screen - Lockboxes:  We have added an option to invoice the installation of the lockbox at no discount.  A button has been added to the bottom of the invoice screen labeled "Lockbox Installed".  This button will allow you to add a lockbox to the invoice at $20, no discount applied.

3.  REO Individual Completed Dates:  Per our clients request, we have added the option to enter different completed dates for individual work completed to include Lock Change, Winterization and Trashout.  This will allow you to provide us with accurate information on when each of these services were completed.

4.  CONTAC/CFKHMS Orders:  These order types have been added to the list of REO work order codes that will now be scripted.  On a CONTAC order, it will allow you to enter whether or not a Cash for Keys deal was completed and require all pertinent information.  On a Cash for Keys order, it will allow you to enter whether or not the Cash for Keys deal was completed.

5.  Additional Photo Labeler Descriptions:  In order to accommodate REO Orders, we have added the description types "Trashout" and "Maid Service" to the list of descriptions available in the photo labeler.
