With grass cut season fast approaching, we are constantly striving tostreamline our grass cut procedures. In order to ensure that grass iscut a timely manner and we are adhering to our clients specificrequirements, please review the information below. These are thepricing guidelines provided by our clients and in all cases, we willnot be able to renegotiate.

All clients require the grass to be cut on REO properties,regardless of the current grass height. The following clients requirethe grass to be cut on non-REO properties regardless of height or ifthe grass was recently cut by others.

Please note: Trip charges are not reimbursable by HUD and the clientswill not issue payment for these.

On all HSBC/HHF grass cuts and shrub trimming, the clientallowables are listed below. We will not be accepting any bidsregardless of grass height or lot size. Due to these allowables, westress that the contractor make every effort to complete these grasscuts in a timely manner to avoid excessive growth. Delays will onlymake future grass cuts more time consuming for the contractor. Weunderstand that this will present a win some lose some situation forcontractors. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

- Initial Cut - 5001 - 9999 square feet $45.00
- Initial Cut -10,000 - 14,999 square feet $50.00
- Initial Cut -over 15,000 square feet $55.00
- Re-Cut - Less than 5000 square feet $30.00
- Re-Cut - 5001 - 9999 square feet $35.00
- Re-Cut - 10,000 - 14,999 square feet $40.00
- Re-Cut - over 15,000 square feet $45.00
