MEMO 1078 Contractor Web Enhancements 5-13-04
Enhancements will once again be made to Safeguard's Contractor Website on Thursday May 13, 2004 . This release contains changes to allow additional work order types to be scripted and to ensure accurate invoicing. Please continue to submit feedback to our Research & Development Department ( tracy.puzder@safeguardproperties or kathy.cogan@safeguardproperties.com ) as the enhancements to our website are based on the information we received from you as well as changes in the industry. As always, thank you for your continued cooperation.
1. Utility Transfer Orders and Check for Convey Condition Orders will now be scripted.
2. The Update Preview and Invoice Preview now bring up separate browser windows that provide the ability to print these screens.
3. Clients Household Finance (HHF) and HSBC (MARINE) have special debris removal allowables which are now reflected when submitting bids to remove debris or when invoicing debris removal.
4. Each scripted update will ask if the property is located in a high vandalism area. If you report that a property is located in a high vandalism area, you will be required to supply comments to support this statement. Please see Memo 1070 for additional information on high vandalism areas.
