Memo 1077 Contractor Web Enhancements 3/25/04
We have scheduled another enhancement release to Safeguard's Contractor Website on Thursday, March 25, 2004.
We have made several changes to improve the script flow in preparation for the upcoming grass cut season. We also continue to modify the script questions so that we ensure the reception of accurate, complete updates.
Please continue to submit your feedback on these changes to the Research & Development Department ( tracy.puzder@safeguardproperties.com or kathy.cogan@safeguardproperties.com ).
We consider this information when determining future projects for our site. As always, thank you for your assistance.
Following is a brief description of the latest changes. For further information, please see the Contractor Web Manual .
* The question, "Has the property been sold?" has been added to all CV, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans.
* If a grass cut was not completed, we have added "Already on Grass Cut List," and "Bid Already Submitted," as possible reasons.
* The Pool/Hot Tub/Roof Damage screen will now appear on every update that is scripted.
* Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans will now be able to be scripted without causing errors.
* A new button has been added to the Contractor Web Home Page to view all manuals available through the website. This button is located at the top of the page along with the Memo, Open, Invoice/Photo Needed and Completed tabs. Any time there is a new or revised manual placed on the website, this button will be displayed as "New Manual" and will be orange until you review the new manual.
For additional clarification on the above information, please contact your regional Open Order Coordinator.
Thank you again for your continued cooperation in our effort to utilize technology to improve our client service.
