Memo 1081 Contractor Web Enhancements 7/1/04
Enhancements will once again be made to Safeguard's Contractor Website on Thursday, July 1, 2004.
This release contains administrative changes, therefore you should not notice any changes while updating. Please continue to submit feedback to our Research & Development Department ( tracy.puzder@safeguardproperties or kathy.cogan@safeguardproperties.com ) as the enhancements to our website are based on changes in the industry as well as the information we receive from you . As always, thank you for your continued cooperation.
1. The system will now recognize initial grass cut bids and bids to replace the sump pump as a valid reason for the property not being in Convey Condition.
2. Initial grass cut bids are now showing on the printed update.
3. A disclaimer has been added to the preview update/invoice page stating, "No payment will be made without photos verifying work performed and bids submitted."
