Memo # 1083 Redistribution of Memos About Reporting Mold Damage
We have recently had reports from a number of clients indicating that many updates are not adequately reporting necessary details about mold damages. Updates do not consistently include all necessary details about the cause of the mold, its location, or the dimensions of the affected area(s). We have also noted some recent reconveyances due to mold damage that could have been prevented if water damage had been properly documented and reported to Safeguard at first time vacancy.
Please take a moment to re-read the two memos below and refamiliarize yourself with the necessity of and general requirements for thoroughly reporting and documenting mold.
