Memo 1088 Job Site Checklist 8-25-04
As you know, we at Safeguard are always looking for ways to improve our turnaround time for providing complete updates to our clients. One of the initiatives toward meeting this goal was scripting your updates through our contractor website. This did enhance the process , but we knew there was still room for improvement.
Per the request s of several contractors, we have now created a job site checklist ( please click here for the checklist in PDF ) to be used while you're in the field. This checklist outlines the information required by our website script. It provides separate sections for general information, damages, securing, winterizations, grass cuts, debris, give access , and miscellaneous information. Each section will have fields for completed work as well as for bids.
It is our hope that this checklist will draw your attention to the required details and reduce the likelihood that an order will be left open because of a need to obtain additional information. We encourage you to use this checklist and to provide it to your subcontractors to help us promote better quality and provide updates more timely.
