Memo 1085 Redistribution of Memo 1006 re: Incomplete Updates
As you have surely noticed by the subject matter of several recent contractor memos (redistribution of information about submitting complete updates and thorough documentation), we have been under a lot of pressure from our clients to assure that we provide all the information they need the first time around.
Our clients are exerting this pressure on us because they are receiving the same pressure from HUD and their other investors to submit all necessary information at once. If the client does not have sufficient or proper documentation, the investor will deny their claim. If the client's claim is denied, the client will refuse SPI's invoice.
Please take a moment to re-read Memo 1006 to be sure you are thoroughly informed about the requirements for submitting a complete update with all necessary information.
