MEMO #1079 Contractor Web Enhancements 4-21-2004
Enhancements will once again be made to Safeguard's Contractor Website on Wednesday, April 21, 2004. This release contains changes to allow additional work order types to be scripted and to allow easier installation of java to script these. As in the past, we've also made changes in order to ensure that we acquire all of the information requested by our clients.
Please submit feedback to our Research & Development Department

as development of our website will continue to evolve based on industry changes and the results we receive from you. As always, thank you for your continued cooperation.
1. Status Reports: There is now a 300 character limit on all status reports.
2. New Scripted Work Orders: Condition reports and 2nd bid orders that are not required to be on letterhead will now be scripted on the web.
3. Mobile Home Information: All scripted updates will now ask if the property is a mobile home. If it is a mobile home, you will be required to enter the VIN #, dimensions, size, whether it is skirted, attached to the foundation and if the tongue/axel/wheels are attached.
For additional clarification on the above information, please contact your regional Open Order Coordinator or see the Contractor Web Manual .
Thank you again for your continued cooperation and assistance.
