# 1055 - Contractor Web site and INSPI Hours of Operation

We've recently
made improvements to our technology that will allow you to
access the contractor Website and INSPI twenty-four hours
a day, seven days a week, with the exception of Saturday from
12:15 A.M. TO 1:30 A.M. EST.
In the past few days, we have seen contractors and inspectors
take advantage of the extended hours with activity through
the wee hours of the night. Also, since we added a third server
in July, we have not seen any evidence that contractors trying
to log in are adversely affected by activity level. In other
words, you should be consistently enjoying the best response
time available. (Bear in mind that your communications link,
your ISP, and Internet traffic in general are factors outside
of our control that can affect response time.)
Please note that there is a "bounce" at 4:00 a.m.
EST every morning, in place to enhance system reliability.
If you are logged in at 4:00 a.m. EST when the bounce occurs,
you will need to log in again.
