MEMO #1042: Weather Damage Reports - 05/23/03

The beginning of summer is a time of year when many areas of the country experience severe weather conditions that can cause damage to our clients' properties. Our clients look to us to provide them with information about areas in the country that are affected by extreme weather.

In addition to our regular review of the FEMA and other weather alert reports, we want to be able to gather as much information as possible from other sources. We would sincerely appreciate the assistance of our inspectors and contractors in this respect, and so we encourage you to immediately notify Safeguard if you become aware of any severe weather conditions existing or developing in your areas that have caused or may cause damage to real property.

If you have a report of severe weather conditions, please provide Safeguard with the type of weather condition and the counties and zip codes affected. This will allow us to provide sufficient information to our clients to allow them make a determination as to how to proceed.

Please contact your Regional Coordinator or Vendor Management with the above requested information at
vm.alertresponse@safeguardproperties.com

This pursuit is an important part of the exemplary customer service we provide to our clients. Your assistance in this effort is invaluable, and we very much appreciate your help and cooperation.

Have a safe and great holiday weekend.
