#1031: Inspections Results: Demolished Properties - 03/10/03
In recent
weeks, Safeguard has received an number of inspection updates
advising that the inspected properties have been demolished.
Our clients have asked that we provide additional information
whenever such a result is reported.
To help
us promptly provide our clients with the information they
need, please answer the following questions whenever you report
that a property has been demolished:
1. When
was the property demolished?
2. Why was the property demolished?
3. Prior to demolition, were there any notices posted regarding
the potential demolition of the property?
We will
require a response to each of these inquiries in order to
close your inspection order. If you can't determine the answers
to these questions from the information available at the site,
please try contacting neighbors or the local city hall for
information.
