MEMO
#1028: New Clients and Special Instructions - 1/19/03
We are
pleased to announce that several new clients have recently
started to send us inspection and preservation work: U.S.
Bank, Navy Federal, and Horizon/Wachovia. This memo is to
let you know about the potential increase in your volume of
work in the near future.
We also want to alert you to some special instructions you
will be receiving for the performance of securing work for
the above-listed clients. All special instructions will be
included on your work orders in addition to being outlined
here.
Some of the above clients require the installation of a lockbox
set to their own code whenever a lock change is completed.
The code the lockbox should be set to will be included in
your work order. This code is different from our default lockbox
code, so you must be sure that you are changing the code on
the lockbox and confirming that the new code works before
leaving the property (see Memo #1025 for instructions on how
to change the code). Please also be sure to note the lockbox
code on your update to confirm for our records that the correct
code has been set.
If you
have any questions regarding the special instructions, please
contact your Regional Coordinator.
We welcome
the additional work from these new clients. We are committed
to providing these clients with the same unsurpassed service
that Safeguard and its contractors have established in the
industry.
Thank
you for your continued support and cooperation.
