#1027: HSBC Lockbox Installations - 1/19/03
HSBC has
requested that we begin installing lockboxes at the initial
secure order for high risk, FHA, and some other investor loans.
Going forward, when indicated on your order,
please install a lockbox with our default lockbox code. The
reason for the change is to allow our inspectors access to
perform monthly interior inspections. As advised, the lockbox
will need to installed on the initial secure order unless
the results of that lock change order will put the property
in convey condition.
