#5004: Photos for Properties Found in Poor Condition - 09/11/02
Several
of our clients have asked that we provide photographs to support
poor-condition reports on vacant and occupied properties.
In order to accommodate our clients' requests, we will need
to submit photographs for any property found in poor condition,
both the first time poor condition is reported and on each
subsequent visit to the property. In addition to the photos
we will need to submit the written report giving the reason
or reasons supporting the poor condition report.
We cannot invoice our clients without the documentation described
above.
We appreciate your ongoing cooperation with our efforts to
conform to our clients' requirements for property inspections.
