#1010: Bidding Dry Winterizations - 9/25/02
Please
be advised that the ML 2002-10 has reduced the cost for completing
a dry winterization significantly in many areas.
It is
very important that you completely review the new guidelines
and perform dry winterizations in compliance with these requirements.
If the allowable has been reduced in your area and you are
no longer able to complete the winterization for the allowable,
you must submit a detailed bid for completing the dry winterization.
It is
very important that winterization bids be reasonable. As a
general rule, a bid should not exceed the pricing in the old
guidelines ML 97-31.
