#1012: Vendor Survey - 10/01/02
SPI Vendors:
After attending a recent conference and getting feedback from
some of you, we felt that it was necessary to give you an
additional way to communicate your concerns and to give us
feedback regarding the service that Safeguard provides to
you.
Our Vendor
Management Team has designed a survey
to allow you to communicate the needs and challenges you face
when working with Safeguard.
We realize
that your time is limited. However, if you will take a moment
to give us feedback, we can work on ways to improve on our
current customer service and develop new ways to serve you
better. Please feel free to answer the questions in a candid
and honest manner since this survey is strictly confidential
and will be tallied by a member of the HR Department. Please
add any additional comments that you feel will help us in
this effort.
