PHOTOGRAPH REQUIREMENTS

Unless otherwise specified in this attachment, the cost of photographs will be allowed

only to support expenses beyond allowable cost limits and to support the initial vacancy inspection, “before” and “after” photographs for the “maximum allowable securing fee” service, boarding, yard maintenance, debris removal and personal property/debris removal as part of an eviction (unless otherwise specified in the variations from the general requirements in Attachment 8). If photographs cannot be produced at the time of the claim review, all unsupported expenses beyond allowable cost limits will be disallowed, and for evictions, all expenses claimed for personal property/debris removal will be disallowed. Utilizing existing technology and to promote the Department’s e-commerce resources, digital photographs will be accepted, but are not required. No more than 45 photographs will be allowed for reimbursement.

The cost of photographs is not included in the maximum allowable limit per property.
