A maintained lawn is important to help REO properties compete against other neighborhood homes for sale.
In season, REO properties are placed on a recurring grass-cut list, which depending on client parameters may be a 7-, 10-, or 14-day frequency. Out-of-season, exterior maintenance occurs as-needed.
REO grass cuts include edging along walkways and driveways; “weed whacking” along fences, foundations and mulch beds; removal of grass clippings; and raking. Contractors will trim shrubs as needed. Additional services including mulching, weeding, and installing new shrubs or flowers are a part of our upgraded landscape packages. These are established separately, based on client needs.
